Details leaked on new Sony Reader

There appears to be a new Sony Reader on the horizon and it could be on store shelves as early as October. Forum members at MobileRead discovered that the Sony PRS0-505 had been accidentally listed as "for sale" on Abt Electronics' website. The Sony Reader PRS 505 will come in two colors this time around—blue and silver—and will be able to store 160 books. (The currently available PRS 500 can store 80 books.) The display remains the same, a SVGA 800x600 6-inch screen. The menu buttons, which were originally on the bottom of the reader, are now along the right side. The reader is also slightly smaller—175mm x 122mm x 8mm as opposed to 175.6mm x 123.6mm x13.8mm—although the real change appears to be in the thickness.
